NOC Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a NOC Supervisor at Restaurant Depot LLC, you will be responsible for supervising Stockers and Hi Lo Drivers during second shift. Your primary goal will be to ensure friendly, efficient, and professional customer service. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will assist customers with product location and detailed information when needed. You will plan and prepare work schedules to include lunch and vacation. You will also ensure shipments are unloaded and stocked timely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate Stockers and Hi Lo Drivers.
• Ensure compliance with established sales and security policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product location and detailed information when needed.
• Plan and prepare work schedules to include lunch and vacation.
• Ensure shipments are unloaded and stocked timely and accurately.

Requirements:

Background in P&L, Inventory control, merchandising, hiring and training staff, front end, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security, and loss prevention is mandatory. Effective leadership and communication skills are also required. A high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations is necessary. Commitment to company values and strong customer orientation are also required.

Work Environment:
The work environment will be room temperature for the most part, due to proximity of work-area to the exit doors and receiving docks, room temperature may change according to the season and the level of activity at the store.
