Are you ready to experience the ultimate mountain lifestyle? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Mammoth Mountain.

About the Role

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and leadership to our front desk, bell, and concierge operations. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the management team in overseeing front desk, bell, and concierge operations
  • Provide exceptional guest service and guidance to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Represent management in solving guest problems and implementing company policy
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of previous front desk agent experience or similar
  • 1-year experience in a leadership role in hospitality or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
  • Strong computer skills
  • Lightspeed and GXP experience beneficial
  • Marriott/Starwood experience beneficial
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry
  • Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one setting or in a group
  • Basic cash handling skills required
