Aitheras LLC is seeking a part-time Document Scanning Specialist to assist in our Scanning and Document Procurement Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform document preparation tasks, including un-stapling, unfolding, and setting up documents for scanning.
  • Ensure documents are accurately processed and maintained in the correct order.
  • Exercise attention to detail and organizational skills to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Operate commercial scanners, preferably Fujitsu, and maintain a basic understanding of current technology.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of office software and technology.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move documents as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with commercial scanners.
  • Basic knowledge of document imaging and scanning processes.
