Aitheras LLC is seeking a part-time Scanning Technician to assist in our Scanning and Document Procurement Department.

This role involves performing document preparation tasks, such as un-stapling and re-stapling documents, unfolding pages, and setting them up for scanning.

The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, above-average organizational skills, and a basic understanding of current technology.

Experience working with Fujitsu commercial scanners or other commercial scanners is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform document preparation tasks, including un-stapling and re-stapling documents, unfolding pages, and setting them up for scanning.
  • Ensure documents are in the correct order and ready for scanning.
  • Exercise attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain a high level of productivity.
