About the Role

The Media Operations Director at Doner is a key position that focuses on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our media business. This role requires a strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate with various departments to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership and peers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall quality of work, build team skills, and sustain overhead.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to create efficiencies between teams and evolve internal processes to drive business growth.
  • Process Development: Plan, build, and rollout new processes, including socialization and adoption across the organization and between teams.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with key decision-makers to inform and influence operational strategies.
  • Resource Management: Analyze resourcing needs in accordance with client contracts, new business initiatives, and corporate tasks, and make recommendations for additions, restructures, or changes.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings related to media operational initiatives.
  • Team Management: Manage the media finance coordinator and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting and tasks.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in an advertising, media, or technology environment with a proven record of coordinating across teams.
  • Superior project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver prioritized outcomes.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-starter, independent worker with critical thinking skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Possess a growth mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly to change.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Google Doc Suites.
  • Thinks creatively for the bigger picture and beyond the obvious.
  • Willing to understand different points of view and work well in a team.
  • Positive and motivating in a team environment.
  • Self-aware, willing to take feedback and act upon it.
