- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- Independently manage tactical projects while showcasing initiative.
- Possess extensive experience in social media, with a preference for social media listening skills.
- Thrive under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
- Identify trends and key themes that drive social conversations.
- Understand social media challenges and risks, with the judgment to escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Familiarity with the financial services sector and/or automotive industry is advantageous.
- Experience with Sprinklr is preferred but not mandatory.
