Position Overview:

The Social Media Engagement Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing and sustaining our financial client's social media platforms, reporting directly to the Social Marketing Manager. This position entails managing community interactions during evenings and weekends across various social media channels, focusing on social care, brand engagement, campaign support, and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse business partners, demonstrate attention to detail and risk awareness, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation with a capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Independently manage tactical projects while showcasing initiative.
  • Possess extensive experience in social media, with a preference for social media listening skills.
  • Thrive under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Identify trends and key themes that drive social conversations.
  • Understand social media challenges and risks, with the judgment to escalate issues to management when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector and/or automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Experience with Sprinklr is preferred but not mandatory.
