- Experience managing within a unionized environment.
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Occasional travel requirements.
- The role involves frequent work in a non-climate controlled, safety-sensitive manufacturing and foundry environment with heavy equipment.
- May require extended hours during peak production periods or to address urgent issues.
