Collaboration with the Associate Director is essential for the formulation and communication of strategic plans while managing tactical implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the overall account strategy, including the development of annual budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), selection of partners, exploration of new tactics, and monitoring of industry trends.
2. Collect and analyze research and data to create tactical plans and recommendations for client deliverables.
3. Maintain client relationships through daily communication and coordination with partner agencies, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
4. Guide Analysts in conducting necessary research to develop new campaigns.
5. Oversee the quality assurance and trafficking of approved plans into social and search platforms.
6. Manage budget oversight and billing activities, including pacing, Prisma management, draft billing, and ensuring accuracy of budgets in relation to strategic flowcharts.
7. Supervise Analysts in managing campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments.
8. Develop and propose optimization strategies and testing plans.
9. Extract data and research components required for new business presentations.
10. Contribute to the creation of agency-level points of view on industry developments.
11. Customize agency perspectives for individual clients as the primary responsible party.
