Role Responsibilities:
As a Bloomingdale's Expert Client Advisor (ECA), you will play a pivotal role in our sales team.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as the bridge between Bloomingdale's and our prestigious luxury brands, ensuring that every client enjoys a premium shopping experience that fosters loyalty.

You will develop and nurture long-lasting, high-value client relationships, drawing on your passion for fashion and in-depth product knowledge.

In this senior position, you will also mentor and inspire fellow client advisors within your boutique.


Key Duties Include:
- Utilizing available technology to enhance and expand client relationships
- Serving as the go-to person for technical inquiries and sharing effective selling strategies
- Taking initiative to understand both brand and personal objectives, driving business strategies and outcomes
- Building genuine relationships through active listening and follow-through
- Mastering store offerings, loyalty programs, and sales systems
- Sharing product knowledge and relevant business insights with the team

Flexible Work Schedule:
Availability for day, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts is required.

Candidate Profile:
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in luxury brand sales or personal styling
- A passion for connecting with people and sharing knowledge
- Resourceful and eager to embark on new challenges; able to work independently while thriving in team settings
- Quick to adapt to changing priorities and comfortable with technology.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively, hear, and use hands for various tasks
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
