Position Summary
As a Beauty Advisor at Acqua di Parma, located in a prestigious retail environment, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets by delivering exceptional service to clients. Your ability to foster client relationships will be key in driving repeat business and enhancing brand loyalty.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: Business Manager and/or Account Executive
  • Collaborates with: Other Beauty Consultants and Retail Staff

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed retail sales objectives and productivity targets.
  • Deliver comprehensive customer service, including product insights and event execution.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure the retail area is organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Track sales performance and report on productivity metrics.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding Acqua di Parma's product offerings.
  • Provide personalized consultations to guide customers in selecting the right products.
  • Address customer concerns through effective communication, whether by phone or in writing.
  • Manage client registration and maintain ongoing relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Adhere to all company policies and retail standards.
  • Participate in special projects and additional tasks as required by the business.

Work Environment
Positioned in a high-end retail setting, the role involves light lifting and extended periods of standing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury beauty sales.
  • Proven ability to cultivate customer relationships and manage expectations.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is required; knowledge of additional languages such as Portuguese and French is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with computer-based inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
