A bachelor's degree accompanied by four years of relevant experience in administration, operations, or customer service is essential. Availability to work evenings and weekends, along with the flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time, is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Boutique Manager, your role will encompass the execution of administrative and logistical duties, ensuring adherence to brand security and operational protocols. You will manage shipping and receiving processes, oversee transfers, and maintain accuracy in tagging for all incoming and outgoing repairs. Additionally, you will support various operational aspects, including boutique upkeep, supply procurement, and facilitating the sales process.

In this capacity, you will:

  • Oversee the annual inventory, daily reconciliations, cycle counts, and safe organization to ensure a smooth sales process and an exceptional client experience.
  • Prepare accounting documentation promptly.
  • Organize and facilitate weekly and monthly audits, providing assistance as required by our finance and auditing teams.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with Richemont North America policies, as well as those of Van Cleef & Arpels, to achieve accurate audit scores for the boutique.
  • Utilize clear and effective communication to support Boutique Management and foster business relationships with vendors.
