Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational needs of our department, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain standards and work procedures for all staff.
- Plan and coordinate work schedules and areas of work to ensure adequate services are rendered.
- Assist in the hiring process, including interviewing, hiring, and training of new associates.
- Orient, develop, and supervise all supervisory and housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections and make recommendations to the facility.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
- Provide ongoing education and training to staff.
- Communicate effectively with staff, administration, and other departments.
- Coordinate outside services, including pest control, window cleaning, medical and solid waste disposal, document destruction, and recycling programs.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service-related field with high customer/client contact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing and stressful environment.
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
