Job Overview

801 Chophouse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate restaurant operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and General Manager to drive menu innovation, wine program development, and overall restaurant success.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in a high-volume, fine dining establishment.
  • Proven track record of success in restaurant operations, management, and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, inventory control, and labor management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
