Behavior Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Medford, MA. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, the BCBA will work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families to implement behavioral interventions that promote academic success and social growth.
**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.
- Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents in implementing effective behavioral strategies.
- Analyze data to monitor student progress and make informed adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
