We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our psychiatric team in Medford, Massachusetts.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work on our 24-bed inpatient unit, providing individualized care to patients with behavioral health issues.

  • As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized care plans, and delivering high-quality care that meets our I C.A.R.E. standards.
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced nurses, doctors, social workers, psychologists, and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care and support.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, conducting assessments, and implementing care plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans that address patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current Massachusetts Registered Nurse licensure.
  • At least one year of experience working in inpatient psychiatry, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers and strong analytical skills.

Additional responsibilities may include participating in quality improvement initiatives, sharing charge nurse responsibilities, and pursuing professional development opportunities through shared governance and certification programs.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
