Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team, working with elementary school students (K-5) to support their behavioral and educational needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact in the lives of students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct one-on-one behavioral support to students, helping to improve social, academic, and life skills.
  • Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistent support across all environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5), especially in a school setting
  • A strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
