Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Buffalo, NY. This role will play a critical part in building customer relationships and driving sales growth.

About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for solving customer delivery and material challenges, interacting with operations on behalf of the customer, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. You will also be required to work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be proficient in MS Word and Excel, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to be familiar with the steel industry and have knowledge of customer needs and preferences.
