Overview
Sally Beauty Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Consultant in Buffalo, NY. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing the business by expanding existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will demonstrate a passion for the beauty industry and possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with salon professionals and build strong relationships.

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience or equivalent experience in the beauty industry. They must live within the assigned territory and possess a working knowledge of inventory control systems and visual merchandising. A strong background in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram is also required. The successful candidate will be able to build an online community, create social connections, and utilize search engines and other internet tools to drive sales growth. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, attending meetings and events, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Benefits and Salary
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience, plus uncapped commission and vehicle reimbursement plan. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance and disability coverage.
