We're seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team as High-Speed Fiber Internet Sales Representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in introducing our services to potential customers and representing the FastBridge brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to start a career in sales or upgrade their current skills. We provide comprehensive training, tools, and support to help you succeed in this role. You'll work closely with our team to develop consultative sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and drive referrals.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers face-to-face through canvassing and community events, utilizing a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Participate in local marketing initiatives, such as pop-up events, guerrilla marketing tactics, and promotions, to raise awareness about FastBridge Fiber's services and grow our customer base.
  • Promote the FastBridge brand and values, ensuring consistent representation across all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our high-speed fiber internet services compared to competitors.
  • Follow up with customers who have activated our services to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively pursue leads and monitor competition to stay ahead in the market.

Schedule:

Launch Week: Monday-Thursday (11am-7:30pm EST), Friday (12pm-5pm EST), Saturday (10am-1pm EST). Non-Launch Week: Monday-Friday (10am-6:30pm EST).

You will be required to clock in via Paylocity when ready to begin work and clock out before leaving for the day. An 8-hour shift includes one 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid rest breaks.

The company does not provide a meal stipend unless exceptional circumstances arise.

Qualifications:

  • No prior sales experience necessary, but a strong desire to earn money and excellent attitude are essential.
  • An active listener with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating commitment to excellence.
  • The ability to work effectively in both team-based and independent environments.
  • Superior time management skills to meet sales targets within specified periods.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • The capacity to handle rejection and counter objections in a professional manner.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as event participation is mandatory.
  • A neat personal appearance and professional demeanor are expected.
  • The ability to stand and walk for extended periods while interacting with potential customers.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • A clean criminal background check is necessary.
  • Seeking a long-term career, not just a temporary position.

Compensation: $20-$40 hourly wage
