Job Title: Insurance Customer Service Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Agent to join our team at Mass Markets. As an Insurance Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
