About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at WalkMe, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, as well as expanding existing relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Conduct needs assessments and present WalkMe's Digital Adoption Platform to potential customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering and Customer Success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption
  • Manage and respond to incoming lead requests, and drive the sales process from introduction to close
  • Interface with points of contact for strategic Enterprise accounts and maintain weekly sales forecasts
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities within targeted accounts and existing customers
Requirements
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years of SaaS solution selling to Enterprise accounts
  • Experience selling into a broader Partner Ecosystem, including Direct and Indirect Engagement with potential clients
  • Ability to operate independently within a collaborative environment
  • Deep domain experience in a specific industry (e.g. Banking/FSIs/Healthcare) or a combination of vertical and industry experience
  • Curiosity for uncovering customer needs and passion for solving customer challenges with new technology
