Job Title: Patient Experience Advocate

Job Summary: We are seeking a Patient Experience Advocate to join our team at Stamford Health. As a Patient Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for fostering patient satisfaction and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare service providers to resolve complaints and improve patient experience.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to prevent complaints and modify practices that cause repeated complaints.
  • Document complaints and determine what resolution is sought.
  • Work collaboratively with Nurse Managers, Clinical Directors, and other departmental leaders to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Coordinate, compile, and analyze data to generate trend reports for various groups and individuals throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business management, behavioral science, or related field.
  • Prior patient relations experience highly preferred.
