Job Title: Patient Experience Advocate
Job Summary: We are seeking a Patient Experience Advocate to join our team at Stamford Health. As a Patient Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for fostering patient satisfaction and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare service providers to resolve complaints and improve patient experience.
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to prevent complaints and modify practices that cause repeated complaints.
- Document complaints and determine what resolution is sought.
- Work collaboratively with Nurse Managers, Clinical Directors, and other departmental leaders to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Coordinate, compile, and analyze data to generate trend reports for various groups and individuals throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business management, behavioral science, or related field.
- Prior patient relations experience highly preferred.
