Training Lead for IT Support Services

We are DirectViz Solutions, LLC, a global IT support operation that provides customer-focused IT support services to over 65,000 users across more than 1,800 global locations. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager Training Lead to oversee and enhance training programs supporting a 24x7x365 Technology Service Desk (TSD).

This position requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate teams to provide exceptional support to a diverse user base. The estimated annual salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to support IT service desk operations.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions and materials to enhance team knowledge and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of training practices and techniques.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in designing and/or delivering training programs.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and enhance training programs to meet organizational goals.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
