Job Overview:


As a Parts Sales Associate at Starling Chevrolet, your primary role will be to deliver outstanding customer service while facilitating the sale of automotive parts and accessories.

You will cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met through informed product suggestions and guidance.

This position offers a full-time schedule with a competitive compensation package in the automotive sector.

Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and assist them in locating the appropriate parts and accessories for their vehicles
  • Offer knowledgeable product insights and make tailored recommendations based on customer requirements
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and assist with their requests
  • Keep the parts department clean and organized
  • Oversee inventory management and place orders as necessary
  • Record all sales and customer interactions in the company database
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and industry developments
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities
  • Familiarity with automotive parts and accessories
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer usage and database management
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
