Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assist them in locating the appropriate parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Deliver expert product knowledge and provide recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and assist with their needs.
- Maintain a tidy and organized parts department.
- Oversee inventory management and place orders as necessary.
- Record all sales and customer interactions in the company database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and industry developments.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
