Job Title: Senior Analyst

Quantum Research International, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to support its Force Development Equipping, Plans, and Operations Division (FDP) team in the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-8 Force Development organization at the Pentagon.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Army's organizational structure and how various components interact.
  • Coordinate with Army, Joint, and Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense staffs to present information to senior officers and other agencies.
  • Prepare and provide assessments of affordability, supportability, and disposition of Staff Synchronization Officer managed equipment through the Joint Capabilities and Integration Development System (JCIDS), Basis of Issue Plan Feeder Data (BOIPFD), and Basis of Issue Plan (BOIP) development process.
  • Manage Life Cycle Management (LCM) through LIN validation and cQUIP actions; and provide analysis on Reserve Component congressional reports and HQDA Critical Dual Use LIN listing documents.
  • Prepare and provide input on briefings, including the Organizational Requirements Documentation Approval Board (ORDAB) Council of Colonels, ORDAB GOSC, cQUIP GOSC, Army Working Capital Fund Requirements Review Group (ARRG), and LIN life cycle management through LIN validation Council of Colonels (CoC).
  • Develop professional training briefings and materials as required.
Requirements:
  • Current SECRET clearance required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of direct or equivalent experience in Force Development, or equivalent experience with other government or Defense agencies/services.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with acquisition and programming, including budget exhibits.
  • Superior skills in Microsoft Excel to enable manipulation of large amounts of data.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills, MS Access also helpful.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and independently.
  • Effective communication skills with team members, government personnel, and senior Army leadership.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task/manage multiple priorities.

This position requires a current DoD SECRET security clearance.
