About the Company and Position:

Welcome to West 4th Strategy's job listing for a Senior Records Analyst role within the Department of Justice (DOJ), Executive Office of the United States Attorneys (EOUSA). In this capacity, you will be instrumental in enhancing the financial litigation guidance and services offered to the 94 United States Attorneys' Offices (USAOs) throughout the country.

Position Overview:

Your main duty as a Senior Records Analyst will be to lead a team of contractor personnel, ensuring the effective delivery of clerical, administrative, and analytical support to the Financial Litigation Programs (FLPs) nationwide. This full-time position promises job stability, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, guide, and evaluate the work of contractor personnel.
  • Establish new data records, compile case details, and manage payment arrangements.
  • Investigate, analyze data, and resolve issues to guarantee operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various offices and personnel across the nation.
  • Design tracking systems and conduct quality control assessments.
  • Perform trend analyses and develop administrative protocols.
  • Produce high-quality work under pressure while adhering to deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Capability to work autonomously and accurately retrieve/analyze data.
  • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Prior experience as a Records Analyst is preferred.
Location:
  • Position based in Washington, DC
Clearance Requirements:
  • Background Investigation and Public Trust (T4) Clearance required.
Travel Requirements:
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Employment Classification:
  • W-2 Classification.
