**$1500 SIGN ON BONUS**

-Receive $750 after 6 months of active employment, and an additional $750 after 1 year of continuous active employment.

Position Summary:

As a Field Sales Executive for Acosta/Berg, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the consumer goods sector. We are seeking experienced sales professionals to enhance our successful team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers by implementing market strategies, selling, and promoting a leading manufacturer of consumer products within designated market areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive market expansion by covering urban convenience stores, independent supermarkets, pharmacies, and grocery outlets within your assigned territory.
  • Oversee sales, distribution, and merchandising of our product portfolio in your designated area.
  • Deliver professional product presentations to both current and potential clients.
  • Facilitate product orders and broaden product offerings to retailers.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to brand development initiatives.
  • Establish enduring relationships with store managers and owners by providing valuable consumer insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize iPad technology for daily and weekly reporting of inventory and sales.
  • Consistently exemplify company values in all business interactions.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Preferred experience in Route/Territory Sales.
  • Professional sales demeanor.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Outgoing and assertive personality.
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficient in iPad technology.
  • Ability to plan trips and comfortable driving a commercial cargo van.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
