Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at YourStake. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by focusing on sales to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Sales: Proactively reach out to RIAs and introduce them to YourStake's platform, developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how YourStake can add value to their business.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted outreach strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth objectives.
  • Industry Engagement: Travel to industry conferences and events to network with potential clients and promote YourStake's offerings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Performance and Results: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company, and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success with YourStake's platform.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience serving the wealth management industry, specifically in a sales role with Advisors.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to RIAs or other financial institutions.
  • Outgoing, people-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the RIA landscape and the unique challenges they face.
  • Ability to travel frequently to attend industry conferences and events.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sustainable investing and making a positive impact.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Experience managing and growing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
