Shipbuilding Test and Evaluation Specialist

Sayres & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Test and Evaluation Specialist to support our Navy shipbuilding programs. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert-level support to our Program Offices, ensuring the successful execution of Test and Evaluation activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Test and Evaluation plans, ensuring compliance with DoD requirements and NAVSEA Program Office policies.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Test and Evaluation requirements, ensuring seamless integration with shipbuilding programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and review Test and Evaluation documentation, including the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and other DOD 5000 series documents.
- Conduct site visits and onboard checks to ensure compliance with Test and Evaluation requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Navy program office personnel and industry partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Test, or related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant Test and Evaluation experience on ACAT I/II Navy Shipbuilding programs.
- Active Secret security clearance verifiable in DISS.
Preferred:
- DAWIA T&E Level certification.
- 2-5 years of operational testing experience.
