Job Title: Test Coordinator

CTR Group is seeking a highly skilled Test Coordinator to join our team. As a Test Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of projects by coordinating and managing test and inspection activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage test and inspection activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain test and inspection plans, schedules, and tracking matrices.
  • Verify test and inspection reports and ensure all required data and attachments are complete.
  • Submit work completion certification reports and T&I status to the Test & WAF Manager.
  • Ensure all required DFSs are submitted and answered.
  • Collaborate with QA Supervisor, Project Team members, Production Manager, and key Production personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • B.S. Degree and/or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years desired experience, encompassing Repair and Construction Shipbuilding processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat Reader.
