Test Automation Specialist

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to support our Navy customer in Norfolk, VA. This role will be part of the Test and Evaluation Team, responsible for automating and executing verification, validation, and testing of application and systems software.
Key Responsibilities- Automate test cases using Selenium WebDriver (Java) and integrate them into the DevSecOps pipeline.
- Develop performance tests using automated performance testing tools.
- Conduct test design activities to identify and create automated test cases, test procedures, and test scripts traceable to system requirements.
- Perform manual testing to support immediate project needs and understand workflows to create automated tests.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a relevant field.
- Active DoD SECRET clearance required.
- Must qualify as a DoD Cybersecurity Workforce member.
- Minimum of four years' experience as a test engineer, with expertise in object-oriented programming, automated test framework development, and Selenium WebDriver (Java).
- Experience with build tools like Maven and code source management tools like Gitlab.
