Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist II to join our team at Reliance Test & Technology. As a Project Support Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including visitor control and physical security functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control visitors by greeting and checking in all facility visitors and assisting them as necessary
  • Provide access to secure areas and mission control rooms
  • Maintain, verify, and update clearance information for customers
  • Schedule conference rooms and monitor vehicle gate access
  • Escort building service team members into secure areas
  • Provide facility-wide page announcements as necessary
  • Provide other administrative support services as necessary

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience performing similar functions
  • Demonstrated proficiency using office automation equipment, including personal computers, optical scanners, printers, and software application programs
  • Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed
  • Must be a team player, self-starter, and demonstrate initiative to undertake activities with minimal supervision
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and will be required to successfully pass drug screening(s)

Clearance Requirements:

Currently hold or be able to obtain and maintain the proper US DoD issued security clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

Work Conditions:

Conditions will vary. Most work is performed in enclosed buildings, but some outside work may be required. Work will include sitting, standing, walking, lifting and reaching. Applicant should be capable of lifting lbs. assisted by other employees.
