Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of beverages and supplies, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling integrity.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other bartenders and casino staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume casino or restaurant environment.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, and ability to prepare and serve them accurately.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
The Bartender will work in a fast-paced casino environment, with frequent exposure to noise, crowds, and stress. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
