Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience in our bar and casino environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Upsell premium offerings and promote our bar and casino services.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, including mixology techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, event-driven environment with varying schedules and shifts.
  • Valid C.R.I.T Environmental Health Food Handlers Card and other required compliance trainings.
Working Conditions:

This position requires working in a fast-paced, indoor environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles. The employee may be required to work outdoors in extreme temperatures or inclement weather.
