Communication Duties:
- Address inquiries through various channels including phone and email.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Human Resources or related fields is essential.
- An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint is beneficial.
- Experience with Adobe DC is a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Strong organizational capabilities, with a focus on coordination and prioritization.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Maintain discretion when handling confidential information.
- Experience in conflict resolution is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of labor and employment regulations.
- Ability to establish rapport with all employees.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
Additional Information:
This role is available for immediate filling. The compensation will be determined based on experience. This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
