  • Implement and maintain safety initiatives.
  • Draft and disseminate internal and external communications, including letters and memos.
  • Compile and analyze data for various projects as required.

  • Provide support to the leadership team as needed.

Communication Duties:

  • Address inquiries through various channels including phone and email.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Human Resources or related fields is essential.
  • An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint is beneficial.
  • Experience with Adobe DC is a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, with a focus on coordination and prioritization.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Maintain discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Experience in conflict resolution is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of labor and employment regulations.
  • Ability to establish rapport with all employees.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities.

Additional Information:

This role is available for immediate filling. The compensation will be determined based on experience. This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
