Insurance Business Development Representative

Goosehead Insurance Agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, 3.0 GPA preferred
- Passing the state licensing exam, once hired
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major
