About the Role

Sterimed Inc. - Ridgeville is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Medical Device Manufacturers (MDM) business unit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new customer relationships in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MDM sector, with a focus on growing sales revenue and expanding our customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product validation and implementation with customers.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Develop and manage sales budgets, track key performance indicators, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, with a strong background in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with Spanish a plus.
