About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Coordinator to join our team at Surgery Partners. As a Patient Registration Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth registration process for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Scheduling: Register patients for surgical procedures, collect and verify demographic and insurance information, and schedule appointments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely registration.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter patient information into our electronic health record system.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot registration issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare registration or scheduling role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic health record systems.
