Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and their families with professionalism and warmth upon arrival.
- Handle incoming calls, providing information or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Explain admission forms, including patient rights and advance directives.
- Ensure all patient documentation is complete, accurate, and properly signed.
- Collect required deposits and co-pays in accordance with established protocols.

Qualifications:
