Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and their families with professionalism and warmth upon arrival.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing information or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
  • Explain admission forms, including patient rights and advance directives.
  • Ensure all patient documentation is complete, accurate, and properly signed.
  • Collect required deposits and co-pays in accordance with established protocols.

Qualifications:
