Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional in the field of laboratory sciences to take on a pivotal role as a Clinical Laboratory Sales Specialist. This position is designed for individuals who have a solid background in laboratory operations and are eager to transition into a customer-facing role, providing expert consultation on advanced testing systems and specialized laboratory automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and understand customer needs, promoting the adoption of our innovative products and services.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients, focusing on identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and sales demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets as defined by management.
  • Maintain comprehensive records in the Customer Database and ensure Property Accountability.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as competitive offerings.
  • Prepare precise and compliant quotations in line with company policies.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports as required.
  • Create an annual business plan for your territory, aligning with corporate objectives.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on approachability and negotiation.
  • In-depth knowledge of laboratory operations and processes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business-related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or consulting, particularly in medical or capital sales, is advantageous.
  • Experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist or Technician is a plus.
