Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Medical Laboratory Technologist to transition into a role that emphasizes customer engagement and product expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and understand customer needs, promoting the adoption of our innovative products and services.
- Establish and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients, targeting new sales avenues.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to effectively communicate value.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets as outlined by management.
- Maintain comprehensive records within the Customer Database and ensure accountability for property documents.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and their competitive landscape.
- Prepare precise and compliant quotations in line with company policies.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports as necessary.
- Create an annual business strategy for your territory, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated approachability, proactive attitude, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of laboratory operations.
Minimum Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business-related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or consulting, particularly in medical or capital sales, is advantageous.
- Experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist or Technician is considered an asset.
