Your Role:

As an Enterprise Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with diverse teams to enhance processes and systems, utilizing your strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities. Your expertise in defining business processes and systems analysis will be crucial in the implementation and support of modern ERP systems, playing a vital role in optimizing our business operations and achieving operational excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Evaluate business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of business systems, optimizing processes and addressing user reporting and analysis requests.
  • Gather and deliver comprehensive business requirements, process flows, and user stories to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Contribute to the development of enablement strategies, understanding business needs to influence roadmaps effectively.
  • Leverage your experience with business systems and emerging technologies, such as Generative AI, to optimize processes in inventory management, field services planning, and sales operations.
  • Drive the adoption of process and system changes through user testing, addressing issues, creating training content, and monitoring feedback.
  • Document and track all problem resolution activities to ensure timely resolution and compliance with departmental guidelines.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of significant or recurring issues affecting business operations.
  • Manage external support requirements with third-party providers.
  • Create and maintain user instructions and support documentation for enterprise systems tailored for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Measure the success of new features with users and develop plans for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance through data trend analysis, generating insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a business systems analyst role.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration (operations, logistics, supply chain), engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience leading ERP implementations, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management, with a solid understanding of internal operational processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP system configuration, master data management, workflow development, and report writing.
  • Technical writing skills, including business process mapping, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Understanding of data mapping and ETL processes, with experience in generating insights using reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and adhere to project timelines and milestones.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills, with a talent for identifying creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Familiarity with evolving technologies, including Generative AI, and their applications in business enablement.
  • Proficient in IT software tools such as Jira, Visio, Mural, Lucidchart, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to manage time independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to earn trust and convey ideas clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal training or certification in enterprise software or reporting tools, including MS D365, PowerBI, Tableau, or CRM systems.
  • Certification in business analysis techniques, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional or Certified Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with companies operating internationally.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in enterprise systems.
  • Experience in system implementation and Agile project management.

Compensation: $100,000 to $115,000 annually.
