Job Overview

Position Summary: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data to support the company's financial health and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the corporate timeline and local financial regulations, ensuring timely submission to the corporate office.

2. Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants for the US branch, facilitating both domestic and international audit processes.

3. Conduct daily accounting operations, develop financial forecasts, and strategize funding and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.

2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly within international firms or subsidiaries of Chinese enterprises.

3. Strong understanding of US financial regulations and standards.

4. Proficient in both spoken and written English, with the ability to manage various financial documents and legal agreements in English.

5. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, coupled with a strong sense of accountability.
