Your expertise will be utilized to assist, train, and support customers and junior analysts with the operation and administration of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and train customers and junior analysts on system operation and administration.
- Provide expert-level support and configuration of assigned applications.
- Work with customers at all levels to enhance their understanding of available tools and improve operational efficiencies.
- Proactively manage and troubleshoot issues within related IT teams and manage change.
- Provide high-level administration of applications and ensure quality delivery of application availability.
- Ensure services provided contribute to the successful accomplishment of the department's mission.
- Make recommendations regarding budget projections and project management.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional four years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree or licensed clinical or certified IT professional experience.
Work Experience:
- Five years of experience in IT or clinical or business workflow required.
- Experience supporting large-scale clinical, ancillary, or business environments.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Certification appropriate to assigned application (e.g., Epic).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrates skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job.
- Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members, and co-workers.
- Expert ability to troubleshoot system problems and engineer expert solutions.
- Expert technical skills to support multiple applications and projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to apply them to large-scale system implementation.
- Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary clinical or business information systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Expected to be proactive in all areas of responsibility.
