Utilizes system tools and reports to proactively assist end users and team members in achieving consistent data accuracy. Guarantees that all reported data is accurate, consistent, relevant, and timely. FINANCE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Identifies necessary financial and statistical information to support decision-making and provides relevant, accurate, and timely insights. GROWTH/INNOVATION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Gathers and disseminates information through the exploration and integration of both external and internal databases and sources. Continuously contributes ideas and potential improvements to processes and procedures based on observations and experiences from end user support. Qualifications:

EDUCATION
A Bachelor's degree is required, along with an additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree. WORK EXPERIENCE
A minimum of three years of experience in decision support, clinical, or business operations; consideration may be given to Houston Methodist employees with two years of experience. Experience in training end users on system utilization is preferred. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

Demonstrates the necessary skills and competencies to safely perform assigned tasks, as determined through ongoing assessments and evaluations. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, family members, and colleagues in a customer service-oriented manner. Proven ability to train end users on system utilization is preferred. Basic understanding of system integration and interface processes. Fundamental problem-solving and data analysis skills. Strong communication and user documentation skills. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting customer expectations. Proficient in using email, word processing, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. Skills in data analysis, export, manipulation, and problem resolution. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously. Knowledge of the Health Care Industry (Clinical, Finance/Accounting, Research) is preferred.
