Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and qualifying potential customers through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in outbound-focused sales or customer-oriented background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
