Business Development Representative: High-End Office Maintenance

Safetymax Corporation, a leading provider of onsite maintenance services for AEDs and First Aid equipment, seeks a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team.
Estimated Annual Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for selling onsite maintenance contracts to high-end office space clients through targeted calling and relationship-building efforts. This involves identifying and engaging with viable prospects, leveraging existing client relationships, and setting up discovery meetings to showcase Safetymax's value proposition.
A successful Sales Development Representative will possess strong problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify potential clients and develop targeted outreach strategies
- Bld relationships with real estate and facilities management professionals in local and national markets
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in business development, extensive experience organizing and leading online discovery and sales meetings, and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Strong corporate business acumen, organizational knowledge, and awareness are also essential.
