About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kelly in Troy, OH. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including meeting planning, document preparation, and data collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform meeting planning, preparation of documents, and basic coordination of tasks
  • Collect and compile records and documentation in an organized manner and file as appropriate
  • Gather data and prepare standard reports with information necessary for decision making
Requirements
  • Excellent multitasking, communication, and strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Alpha and numeric filing skills
  • Possess strong skills and operating knowledge of MS programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
