About the Job

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Ohio.

This is a 13-week contract with a 40-hour workweek, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform Nuclear Medicine procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Work under your scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture.
  • Coordinate patient flow and the activities of the Nuclear Medicine department, including radiation protection practices.
  • Exercise professional judgment in the performance of your duties to maintain equipment in good working condition.
  • May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs.
  • May have on-call responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a related field.
  • CPR Certification required.
  • Nuclear Medicine registry required.
  • ODH licensure required.
  • ARRT RT (R) registry required and/or NMTCB.
